(the “Company”) hereby announces that it is examining the possibility of a public offering and listing in Israel of a new series of debentures, a new series of options to purchase ordinary shares of the Company, or units comprised of a combination of the two securities (together, the “Securities”). In connection with such potential offering, the Company published on the Israeli Securities Authority (the “ISA”) and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (the “TASE”) filing systems a draft prospectus and a draft deed of trust of a new series of unsecured debentures.
